What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things IT, providing essential support for our client’s organisation. From daily monitoring and resolving technical escalations to assisting with connectivity issues and installing crucial platforms at new client sites. You’ll manage backups, conduct virus scans and provide technical support.

What you’ll need

A Matric qualification, ideally complemented by a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in IT, Computer Science, or a related field, and 3-5 years’ experience in technical support. Your familiarity with Windows environments, remote desktop applications, ability to troubleshoot technical issues, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and SQL queries will be key.
