You’ll lead the design, development, and optimisation of LLM-based applications and AI/ML solutions, ensuring scalability, performance, and reliability. Working with tools like Python and Snowflake, you’ll manage backend systems and data pipelines, while setting the strategic technical direction for AI engineering. You’ll collaborate with product and compliance teams, guide technical roadmaps, and mentor engineers to build a culture of innovation. You’ll bring 10–15 years of enterprise-scale system development experience, with a strong background in LLM applications, RAG, vector search, and embeddings. You’re fluent in Python, experienced in database technologies (RDBMS and NoSQL), and confident using tools like Git.
