What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
You’ll spearhead the organisation’s IT applications strategy, aligning it with corporate objectives while identifying opportunities for innovation to enhance operational efficiency. Overseeing large-scale projects, you’ll ensure timely delivery, resource optimisation, and quality outcomes. Your role includes leading the integration and optimisation of enterprise applications, collaborating with business leaders to deliver actionable IT solutions, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. You’ll also mentor a high-performing IT team, championing continuous improvement and innovation.

What you’ll need
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential, with a Master’s degree or certifications like PMP or ITIL being advantageous. You’ll need at least 10 years of IT management experience, including 5+ years in a senior leadership role, ideally within the food manufacturing or related sectors. Expertise in ERP systems, cloud computing and cybersecurity
