In this role, you’ll work closely with clients to identify opportunities for process and business improvements within the retail banking space. You will gather, interpret, and document requirements using methods like Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Gap Analysis, and Process Mapping. Additionally, you will collaborate with stakeholders, define test cases and acceptance criteria, and participate in the solution design process. With a focus on delivering high-quality business solutions, you’ll have the opportunity to influence the future of banking technology and contribute to impactful projects in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll need
The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with strong knowledge of financial data, core banking systems, payment platforms, and risk management frameworks. A relevant tertiary qualification or certification in Business Analysis is preferred, and experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies is essential. You should also be familiar with business process management tools like JIRA and Visio and be proficient in SQL. Exposure to digital banking, fintech, or AI-driven banking solutions will be advantageous.
