As a Business Analyst, you’ll work closely with clients to identify areas for improvement in business operations and processes. You will gather, document, and interpret business requirements through methods like Business Requirements Documents (BRD), Gap Analysis, and Process Analysis. Your insights will help shape the solution design process, and you’ll define test cases and acceptance criteria for both unit and user acceptance testing. With your strong communication skills, you’ll engage stakeholders, manage expectations, and escalate risks and issues as needed. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, particularly within the FMCG retail industry. A relevant tertiary qualification or certificate in Business Analysis (e.g., FTI, IIBA, or SAFe) is preferred. You should be well-versed in Agile/Scrum methodologies and have experience with business process management tools such as JIRA and Visio. Proficiency in SQL is advantageous. Strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to manage multiple deliveries, and a solution-oriented mindset are essential.
