You’ll be the driving force behind launching a new South African operation for a European technology and consulting firm. From day one, you’ll take charge of establishing and managing the local office, building a high-performing team, and aligning local operations with international goals. You’ll foster collaboration between South African and German teams, ensuring smooth cross-cultural communication. Your SAP expertise will be central to supporting ongoing projects and helping enhance a key proprietary software platform used by leading utilities in Europe.

Where you’ll be doing it

Our client is a long-established European software and consulting firm serving the energy sector with cutting-edge SaaS solutions built on SAP. A strong SAP background is essential, along with a proven ability to lead diverse, cross-cultural teams. You should be fluent in English and Afrikaans, with a willingness to work from the Cape Town office several days a week and travel internationally a few times a year. Familiarity with the energy sector is a plus. German is an added advantage.
