You’ll define and execute the organisation’s IT strategy, driving digital transformation and aligning technology with business goals. Leading a small, distributed IT team and managing external partners, you’ll take full responsibility for IT operations, security, and compliance. You’ll oversee cloud and infrastructure environments (including Azure and Microsoft 365), lead major projects such as cloud migrations and ERP implementation, and act as the central point of contact for all IT matters. You’ll also drive cybersecurity strategy, manage incident response, and lead ISO compliance initiatives while mentoring and developing your team.Where you’ll be doing it

Strong expertise in cloud infrastructure (particularly Azure), Microsoft 365, and systems architecture is essential, along with solid cybersecurity and incident response experience. You should have a track record in ISO compliance, audits, and governance, as well as experience managing teams, budgets, and cross-functional stakeholders in a medium-sized organisation.What you’ll get
