You’ll be responsible for overseeing core functions, from Customer Experience to Compliance and Operations. This means leading multiple teams to ensure smooth, efficient workflows and excellent service levels. You’ll contribute to strategy planning, manage stakeholder expectations, and work on scaling operations to match the company’s evolving needs. You’ll also improve processes, mitigate risks, and handle critical incidents to keep things running smoothly.
