What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll spearhead IT governance policies, ensuring compliance with industry standards while managing risk assessments to strengthen the organisation’s security framework. By overseeing compliance initiatives, audits, and training, you’ll drive a culture of adherence. Working closely with teams, you’ll ensure policies are practical and impactful, while mentoring your team to deliver innovative GRC strategies.

What you’ll need

A degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field is essential, along with at least 10 years of experience in IT governance, risk, and compliance. You’ve spent at least three of those years in a leadership role, honing your team management skills. Your expertise spans IT security standards, GRC tools, and regulatory frameworks. Exceptional problem-solving abilities, stakeholder engagement expertise, and a strategic mindset will be your tools for success.
