What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll support the fintech team by helping maintain and improve internal systems, data feeds and automation tools. Your days will include assisting with testing, investigating data issues, validating information and creating reports and dashboards that support decision-making. You’ll also gain exposure to AI-enabled tools and automation initiatives designed to reduce manual work and improve operational efficiency. You will enjoy this role because it offers hands-on exposure to emerging technology while allowing you to contribute to meaningful process improvements from day one.

What you’ll need

A degree or diploma in a technical, analytical or quantitative field would be advantageous, along with strong Excel skills and comfort working with data. Exposure to Python, SQL, Power BI, AI tools or automation concepts will help you stand out. Beyond the technical skills, they are looking for someone organised, detail-focused and eager to grow.
