You’ll oversee key operational functions, ensuring the smooth running of payment systems, fraud prevention, financial operations, and more. You’ll lead a talented team, create strategic plans, and drive efficiency across the board. Your role will involve shaping processes and policies, monitoring performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams. You’ll also manage critical third-party relationships, handle compliance, and ensure 24/7 operational support.

A relevant degree in Business, Analytics, or a related field, with over 3 years of experience in payment operations or fintech. You should have a strong understanding of operational risk, payment systems, and data-driven decision-making. Experience leading agile teams and working in a cross-functional environment is essential, along with skills in process improvement and compliance.
