What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

In this role, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end project delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic business goals. You’ll work closely with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and supply chain, as well as external stakeholders like vendors and agencies. With your expert project planning and execution skills, you’ll ensure timely delivery within scope and budget. You’ll also lead risk management, resolve issues proactively, and ensure projects meet compliance standards. Through effective budget and resource management, you will maximize efficiency while tracking progress with KPIs and performance metrics, reporting your findings to senior management. You’ll drive operational success and ensure lessons learned are implemented for future improvements.

What you’ll need

To succeed in this role, you should have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager within the FMCG industry. You’ll need strong expertise in project management methodologies (e.g., Prince2 Practitioner, Agile, Scrum) and experience with tools like MS Project, Asana, or Jira. You should also be well-versed in retail analytics, supply chain automation, and digital marketing. An analytical mindset, strong communication skills, and a collaborative approach are essential for this role. Educational qualifications such as an Advanced Project Management Diploma or Agile certification will give you an edge.
