What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)
In this role, you’ll take ownership of eliciting, analysing, and documenting business requirements, ensuring they align with organisational objectives. You’ll design process models, workflows, and business cases to address high-risk projects. Collaborating with stakeholders across various units, you’ll facilitate discussions and act as a translator between business and IT. Your responsibilities will also include analysing business processes, managing deliverables on large-scale projects, and leveraging tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Visio to create impactful solutions. This is a chance to showcase your leadership skills by mentoring junior analysts and influencing strategic outcomes.

What you’ll need
To succeed in this role, you’ll need at least 5+ years of hands-on business analysis experience within complex, high-risk environments. Proficiency in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies is essential, along with expertise in tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Visio. Strong analytical thinking, stakeholder management, and leadership skills are a must. Familiarity with data modelling, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus. Your technical knowledge and ability to bridge gaps between business and IT will be pivotal.
