What you’ll be doing (and why you’ll enjoy it)

You’ll be supporting desktop, mobile, and application environments (Windows, Android, iOS), resolving everything from user lockouts to printer issues. You’ll manage and maintain Microsoft Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), and Microsoft 365 services like SharePoint and Teams. From system monitoring and server patching to supporting cloud security policies and backup logs—you’ll play a vital role in ensuring the organisation’s IT environment runs smoothly and securely. Plus, you’ll get involved in exciting projects and upgrades, with opportunities to contribute to infrastructure improvements and ISO 27001 standards.

What you’ll need

A diploma in IT or a related field, plus 3–5 years of IT support experience in enterprise environments. Certifications like CompTIA A+, ITIL Foundation, or Microsoft Modern Desktop Administrator are desirable. You’ll need hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Intune, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and virtualisation (Hyper-V/VMware). Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and time management skills are essential.
